Many people love waking up in the morning to the smell of hot coffee brewing and while it may be an option for some, it is more like a necessity to others. For families, a larger carafe may be better suited and having a coffee maker that includes a warming plate is perfect for those families that have different schedules so that everyone is able to enjoy a cup of coffee at their convenience.

Naturally, keeping it clean is the first step and one way of doing that is to run a mixture of water and vinegar through the cycle every so often and then running another cycle of plain water to remove all of the vinegar.
